At Precision PC Builds, we stand behind the quality of our products. All gaming PCs and workstations purchased from us come with a 1-year warranty on parts and a 2-year warranty on labor, ensuring you peace of mind with every purchase.
Warranty Coverage

All parts included in your build are covered for any manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Labor related to installations, repairs, or upgrades is covered for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. Labor for the replacement is also covered for 2 years.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 7-day return policy for products that are unopened and in their original condition.

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, with all original packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
